Single Malt Whisky
Rampur makes single malt whisky in the foothills of the Himalayas, at a distillery that has been running since 1943. Begin with Rampur Select, the original release: smooth, with tropical fruit and a long, warm finish. Rampur Double Cask spends time in American bourbon barrels and then Oloroso sherry casks, bringing vanilla, dried fruit and spice together. And Rampur Asava is the one to talk about at the table: the world’s first single malt finished in Indian Cabernet Sauvignon casks, rich with dark berries, oak and spice.
